COG produces elastic and flexible products in polyureathane foam (FPF) which is painted in various colours. A special milling technique and sophisticated coating formula make the material excellent for soft balls in various shapes and sizes. The balls have a tough, grip-friendly skin but are yet soft and offers a safer alternative than conventional balls.
The material is also suitable for a wide range of other products — such as frisbees, furniture and mattresses. It is very strong and is almost impossible to damage without sharp tools. It can be pinched, twisted, battered or crumpled and yet it restores its original texture and proportions directly.
